You can submit 5 checks on the due dates below or
you can use the online payment plan system.
All payments due on the 1st of the month listed.
The payment plan allows you to pay any amount you choose,
whenever you want as long as the 5 amounts are met by the due dates.

U9 & U10 Player= $1495
U11 Player= $1795
U13 & U14 Player= $1895
Each online transaction is charged a 4% convenience fee plus .30
transaction fee from PayPal
